Clearwater Beach

This resort is very popular with the young and is a good base for day trips to Tampa and St Petersburg.

Sand Key Park

Is a lovely picturesque beach which is very popular with families.

Indian Rocks Beach

Offers you a rare chance to surf along the Gulf Coast, the gentle waves make this location ideal for beginners, this peaceful resort is ideal for family holidays.

Madeira Beach

Is the fishing capital of this stretch of coast, you can watch as the fishing boats unload their days catch at nearby St Johns Pass, you also have an old fashioned boardwalk with charming shops.

St Petersburg Beach

This is the busiest beach along the Gulf Coast and can boast over 7 miles of sandy beaches, excellent water sports facilities, enjoy deep sea fishing, or dine aboard one of the dinner boats or alternatively visit the historic Fort De Soto built in 1513 or just enjoy the sun, sea and sand.


Pass-a-Grille

Offers a wide tranquil beach, the beaches here are still in their natural state offering spectacular views of the sunset and if you are lucky, porpoises.

Fort De Soto Park

You have the choice of three superb beaches which have all been ranked in the top ten in the US; you have the added attraction of Fort De Soto built during the Spanish American war

Anna Maria Island

Offers unspoilt beaches offering a Caribbean feel, the beach is washed by breakers which attracts a handful of surfers, the resort is based around three communities in the north is Anna Maria, which houses the picturesque Anna Maria Pier, Holmes Beach is in the middle with Bradenton Beach to the south

Longboat Key

Offers over 10 miles of beautiful powdery sandy beaches. This beach is popular with anglers as they cast out directly from the sand into the ocean. Longboat Key is also well known for its golf courses.

Lido Key

This is the busiest of Sarasota's offshore islands. Lido Key boasts a vibrant night club scene.

Siesta Key

This is well suited to families offering sandy beaches and sports facilities.
