Orlando offers a paradise to the seasonal shopper with a huge selection of stores and outlet malls.
You will be amazed at the savings that you can make especially on designer names, jeans, trainers, sports equipment (especially golfing goods) cosmetics and electrical goods, you will pay in dollars what you pay in pounds, this makes an incredible saving, but a point to remember is that you have to add Florida sales tax onto all displayed prices this is normally 6%, the only exempt items are children's clothes and pharmacy drugs.

Pointe Orlando

Shopping attractions and malls play an important part in the shopping scene as not only do they house a tremendous variety of named shops but they also offer excellent entertainment facilities with cinema complex's plus restaurants.
International Drive boasts two shopping centers the first, Pointe Orlando which is home to over 50 stores including Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap and many more plus FAO Schwarz a huge toy shop, not only does Pointe Orlando offer excellent shopping you also have the Muvico cinema complex, plus a large selection of themed restaurants and bars giving great evening entertainment, including Hooters, Monty's Conch Harbour and Lulu's Bait Shack.
The second is The Mercado a Mediterranean style complex offering superb shopping and restaurants.

Orlando Premium Outlets is Orlando's newest outlet boasting over 100 stores offering a large range of big name designers with the likes of Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, Ralph Loren, Calvin Klein, Adidas, Versace, DKNY, Barney's New York and many more the complex is located between International Drive and I4 just south of SeaWorld.

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are located on the SR 535.
Experience relaxed shopping with store front parking.  Select from over 300 designer and name brands,home to designer names like Calvin Klein, Rebook, Gap and many more this center can boast as one of the closest to Disney, restaurants include TGI Friday's.

Belz Factory Outlet World is a must for all serious shoppers this is one of the largest in the USA, which is located at the top of International Drive (north end) with over 160 outlets with designer names like Timberland, Nike, Gap, Reebok, Calvin Klein and Dockers plus many more famous names.

Belz Designer Outlet Center is to the south of Belz on International Drive offering over 40 upmarket retailers with names like Donna Karan, Saks Fifth Avenue, Fossil, Bose, Ralph Lauren and much more.

Flea World claims to be America's largest Flea Market with over 1700 stalls, not only does it cater for the bargain hunters with all manner of goods it also is home to a large children's fun park which will keep the kids amused for hours. Flea World is open Fri, Sat and Sun which is situated between Orlando and Sandford.

Orlando offers a large selection of Shopping Malls these tend to be more expensive and upmarket than the Factory Outlets but they offer a large range of prestigious shops.
The Florida Mall is located at the junction of Sand Lake Road and Orange Blossom Trail this is a hugely popular mall with visitors and locals alike and is home to stores like Dillard's, JC Penny, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sears together with a large selection of restaurants and bars.
The Mall at Millenia offers the finest collection of luxury brands in Orlando. This superb collection of the world’s most desired retailers is unrivaled by any other shopping destination.
Altamonte Mall features over 150 speciality shops including Sears, Dillard's, JC Penny with excellent eating venues, this is slightly off the beaten track making it slightly quieter.

If you are shopping for specific items you have the specialist shops like the of World of Denim, Edwin Watts Golf, Sports Dominator, and many more situated around the most popular routes at International Drive and along Hwy 192.
The more upmarket shopping possibilities are Park Avenue at Winter Park, this wealthy small town offers excellent shops, bars, and restaurants with a handful of interesting art and sculpture museums, another development that is well worth a look is Celebration, a collection of speciality shops, restaurants and cinemas.
